We were drawn to the evocative watercolor technique of a local Maine artist and their striking interpretation of a lobster. The tones and details are exquisite. Lobsters are a beloved symbol of Maine and we share a working wharf with Portland’slobstermen in Portland—so the creature is close to our hearts. The artwork is carefully printed on recycled sails then handcrafted into a durable tote.
