Old Fashioned MiniBar Kit

The Old Fashioned doesn't need much to build on it's classic foundation.  That said, we have a few suggestions!  Stock your bar with pre-infused spirits using our all-natural botanical infusions for Old Fashioned cocktails like: Sugar Maple Barrel OF, Big Smoke OF, and Chocolate OF.  Perfect for your own bar or as a gift this holiday season!

Create Your Own Personalized Old Fashioned Bar – the best spirits are of course the ones you've infused yourself! Three different all-natural 1pt gourmet blends carefully selected to create a range of infused variations on the classic Old Fashioned. Store your infused spirits in their own purpose-sized Bar Bottles with your own hand-signed Bottle Labels. Simple, delicious Old Fashioned recipes included inside! Each MiniBar Kit comes with one packet of each of the 3 selected blends (1pt Chocolate, 1pt Smoky, and 1pt Barrel) are enough to fill the included 375ml bottles. Old Fashioned Blend Refills are available for purchase separately.

In the box:
3x  1pt MiniBar Bottles + Writable Labels
1pt Chocolate Blend – the true flavor of chocolate without the need for added sugar 
1pt Smoky Blend – a matrix of layered black teas offset by ethereal bergamot
1pt Barrel Blend – elegant, woody blend with notes of leather and spice

What You Need

• a 1pt Blend Packet
• 375ml of spirits (half a standard bottle)
• Any lidded vessel that holds at least 375ml of liquid (our 1pt Infusion Kit is purpose built for this) 

For Standard Infusions (spirits)

1. Add ALL of the contents of one (1) 1pt Infusion Blend Packet into your vessel
2. Add 375ml of spirit into the same vessel, seal lid, and set a timer for the Infusion Time listed on the back of the 1pt Infusion Blend Packet
3. Once the infusion timer expires, strain the now-infused spirit liquid, discard the used infusion blend material, and reserve the infused spirit for your cocktails (our 1pt Bar Bottle+ is designed for this purpose but you can use any bottle you like)

For Mulling (wine)

1. Combine one 1pt Blend Packet with one standard bottle of wine (750ml) in a saucepan
2. Simmer (do not boil) over low heat for 20-30 mins, following recipe
3. Strain liquid and return to saucepan on lowest heat for serving, keep covered
