PERFECT POM ~ rich yet refreshing. A perfectly balanced cocktail with the just the right amount of luxurious, infused vanilla-based spice on the one hand, and just enough pomegranate and lime tartness on the other. With all the rich food and drink on offer during the festive season, it's nice to have a dependable go-to.

1PT SPICED VANILLA INFUSION...
Infusion Time: 2-3 hours
Ingredients: Vanilla Rooibos, Black Mao Feng, Decorated Rooibos, Allspice, Clove, Elderberry
Contains no sugar, gluten, dairy, GMO, or any artificial additives

MAKING THIS COCKTAIL AT HOME...
Quickly infuse your vodka with this 1pt infusion blend (just like steeping tea, except with vodka instead of water).  Follow the simple recipe (included) to combine your Spiced Vanilla-infused vodka, pomegranate juice, fresh lime juice, and simple syrup in a shaker with ice.  Shake and strain to over ice in any glass you like.  Rosemary sprig for garnish.

What You Need

• a 1pt Blend Packet
• 375ml of spirits (half a standard bottle)
• Any lidded vessel that holds at least 375ml of liquid (our 1pt Infusion Kit is purpose built for this) 

For Standard Infusions (spirits)

1. Add ALL of the contents of one (1) 1pt Infusion Blend Packet into your vessel
2. Add 375ml of spirit into the same vessel, seal lid, and set a timer for the Infusion Time listed on the back of the 1pt Infusion Blend Packet
3. Once the infusion timer expires, strain the now-infused spirit liquid, discard the used infusion blend material, and reserve the infused spirit for your cocktails (our 1pt Bar Bottle+ is designed for this purpose but you can use any bottle you like)

For Mulling (wine)

1. Combine one 1pt Blend Packet with one standard bottle of wine (750ml) in a saucepan
2. Simmer (do not boil) over low heat for 20-30 mins, following recipe
3. Strain liquid and return to saucepan on lowest heat for serving, keep covered
