Variety Pack Infusion Blends for Alcohol and Spirits

Contains 1 blend packet of a selection of 7 blends that pair well with a variety of spirits to produce a wide range of simple craft cocktails. Each blend infuses 1/2 a standard bottle of spirits (375ml) for ~6 cocktails (42 in total).

Sometimes you know exactly which 1pt Blend you want.  Other times, it’s fun to try out a bunch.  That’s where the 1pt Variety Pack comes in.  Each of the included 7 all-natural gourmet rapid infusion blend packets will infuse half a standard bottle of spirits and are designed to work directly with the 1pt Infusion Bottle. Simply add one packet to the infusion basket, pour in the spirit of choice, and let stand for 2-6 hours (times are always included on the back of each blend packet). Simple and delicious cocktail recipes are included in every 1pt Variety Pack (you can also check out the links below this section for related recipes on the 1pt Journal blog). 1pt is an easy and stress-free way to mix delicious craft cocktails at home.

What You Need

• a 1pt Blend Packet
• 375ml of spirits (half a standard bottle)
• Any lidded vessel that holds at least 375ml of liquid (our 1pt Infusion Kit is purpose built for this) 

For Standard Infusions (spirits)

1. Add ALL of the contents of one (1) 1pt Infusion Blend Packet into your vessel
2. Add 375ml of spirit into the same vessel, seal lid, and set a timer for the Infusion Time listed on the back of the 1pt Infusion Blend Packet
3. Once the infusion timer expires, strain the now-infused spirit liquid, discard the used infusion blend material, and reserve the infused spirit for your cocktails (our 1pt Bar Bottle+ is designed for this purpose but you can use any bottle you like)

For Mulling (wine)

1. Combine one 1pt Blend Packet with one standard bottle of wine (750ml) in a saucepan
2. Simmer (do not boil) over low heat for 20-30 mins, following recipe
3. Strain liquid and return to saucepan on lowest heat for serving, keep covered
